Data collection involves spiritual intelligence questionnaires and supervisor performance assessments. The research intends to establish a causal link between spiritual intelligence and employee performance. A unique aspect is the integration of spiritual intelligence into employee development and human resource management, validating its holistic incorporation. The research demonstrates a significant correlation between spiritual intelligence and employee performance at both branches.
